"It began with the receptionist to tell me that I had no reservation. I had the open table confirmation in my emails, but I didn't have the need to prove it right. It didn't even make a difference because over half of the restaurant was empty, but he only felt he had to be right. So he would have stopped making useless statements... Secondly, when I wanted to get something from my jacket after the meal and before I went to the bar, I was told I should get my jacket myself. Once I was in the bar and wanted to go, I got a comment to get my jacket myself and not leave the coat. You should know, is the wardrobe self-service or not?! If so, you shouldn't expect a tip. Apart from that, the food and drinks were good. But if you calculate the prices you calculate, get professional waiters and receptionists, not people, for the right is more important than the customers the best possible experience."
