"I’ve been here twice and have had a lovely evening plus the food has been tasty. However, both times they have overcharged us for the wine (charging us for a bottle £20 more than we chose). The first time I assumed this was a mistake, but having happened for a second time I won’t be coming again as it feels like they are chancing their luck by deliberately overcharging for something that could be overlooked if someone didn’t pay close attention to the bill. I don’t tend to double-check my bills so it’s a shame this restaurant has made me start to do so!"

"Food was decent as usual) but the service left a lot to be desired. The wrong food was brought out on one occasion and then added to the bill even though no one had ordered it). One item was unavailable which meant two of our party had to reorder. Another item a very simple one) the trilogy was brought out after everyone else had been served. We then had to send the bill back three times as it was incorrect. Our waiters/waitresses were all very apologetic but it was overall a poor dining experience that spoilt a welcome lunch for a new member of our team. We have visited The Life Goddess a number of times for team lunches and never a had problem previously. Sadly, I don 't think we 'll be coming back in a hurry which is a real shame :"
