"Upon arriving, we were not greeted, and although the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was a bit slow. However, the food was excellent and made up for the wait. One aspect that really disappointed me was the restroom situation; there was no light in the ladies' room, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to see, which was quite inconvenient. It would have been better if they had closed the restroom temporarily until the repairs were completed, as this would have improved the overall customer experience."
