"When we asked to be moved due to the loud music, we were merely told it would be turned down, with no alternative table offered. It seemed the manager was more focused on reservations and the restaurant's app rather than on providing good service. The waitress seemed untrained and forgot to bring utensils, there was a long wait between our main course and dessert, and she even dropped a piece of ice cream on the floor without replacing it. Our drink order was incorrect as well, and the cleanliness of the carpet, chairs, and cutlery was disappointing.
Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we sincerely hope to never go through it again. The only silver lining was that the food was acceptable. The highlight of the evening was joking that we should send our unruly ten-year-old back as a form of punishment. Having dined at various places around the world—from 7-star restaurants to fast-food chains—we left regretting not choosing Nando's instead."
