"I guess all the good reviews are from staff or regulars. We went in. My Dad 79, sister 55 and brother in law also , after getting off the train. I have been here before the pandemic, so it was my idea to stop off there. As with the last review we seemed to get served last for our drinks, yet people just walked in and grabbed a drink under my brother in Laws nose. The staff didn't even acknowledge him. We got our drinks eventually and went outside where we thought it would be pleasant, but wow! were we wrong! Not long after we settled into the dogs cage, that once was a peaceful patio, we suddenly joined by a group of people. Who literally began behaving like kids. Laughing and shouting so loud we had to shout over them to just chat. They were soon joined by others. It became unbearable. Singing as loud as a football crowd, screaming and dancing about. They knocked over my drink, with no apologies, and made my Dad feel so uncomfortable that we just left and didn't order any food as planned . My sister did try to complain to a member of staff, but was told not to worry, they are regulars and they won't make us clean it up! What a cheek! The doormen were polite, but perhaps they should be keeping their eye on the patio. Controlling the noise and thuggish behavior of their regulars."
