But the service is too slow, and I think they trade a bit on the goodwill of their target 'alternative ' audience as regards pricing and service speed efficiency. Today I bought three coffees, a brownie and a flapjack. It cost me £19. The coffee arrived after 10 minutes, maybe 5 minutes after the ready made food. That 's not good for such a price point. London prices without London service standards?"
