"Me and my cousin booked an afternoon tea for 12:30 from open table not knowing they only do afternoon tea from 2:30, Alison who served us was an absolute gold with excellent customer service. She spoke with the chef and made it possible to make the afternoon tea ready at 1pm. Whilst we had to wait, she offered us a complimentary 2 cocktails which tasted amazing and she said sorry on behalf on open table on not being clear on ther website which I felt was very sweet thing to do. We really enjoyed our afternoon tea, it was not only super preety to look at. It tasted fresh and very good quality. We enjoyed everything on it. Thank you Alison for your excellent service."
