"The food was good as expected. Service and atmosphere disastrous. The young people who serve here are grumpy and make the customer feel unwelcome . One nearly feels you have to apologize for being here. Glasses of vine were not filled to usual standard . They refilled them when we asked , but no apologies were given. Quite shocking that a brand like Ottolenghi should deliver so badly with their staff , seemingly untrained and perhaps underpaid. Will not come back . The atmosphere in that restaurant is too stressed and unpleasant."
