"Two of the women who work there are extremely rude. Particularly the lady with long dark hair . No manners or social skills. Extremely nasty , obnoxious and rude. I've emailed customer service about this a year ago but nothing has changed!. The other staff are very pleasant. . People like this should not be working in a customer service . Not any other staff, just these two women . Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Why has this been allowed to continue ?"
