"We order regularly from this restaurant and never have an issue. This time, however, our food was delivered an hour later than the latest approximated delivery time. We understand that delivery times might be longer on a weekend (which is when we ordered) but then the app should give a better estimation on delivery time! Please can Just Eat organise a refund. By the time we received our order we (and our children) were ready for bed and no longer hungry."
