"I booked the restaurant over a month in advance for a very special occasion with my family. On arrival the restaurant was half empty, but when giving them my name they ignored me and shuffled us to an un laid table. I had made a special table request. The service was awfully rude and they were very arrogant making my whole family feel uneasy. The food was good but the overall experience means we will never go back. It is a pricey restaurant and it really needs a softer approach to ensure that their paying customers are treated well and enjoy their meal. Service charge was included naughty as they did not deserve a tip!!"
