"Very disappointed with our first visit to this venue. Waited 40 minutes to get served drinks to the table and only after having to speak to the staff. My food was good, salt and pepper fish and calves liver. Others in party had burgers which were soggy. We were charged for drinks which we ordered and never arrived. Asked for water twice and never arrived. We decided to cut our losses and leave without ordering dessert or coffee. What really summed it up for me was when we were leaving the staff were in the kitchen area on their phones. Other tables left as they had waited so long.Great looking venue but terrible service. Felt sorry for young girls working as they lacked leadership."
