"This was my second visit to this hotel. The first time a few months ago we had thought the service was great. We had an okay meal and cheap drinks at the bar. However, in the morning we found out that despite discussing it the night before, a taxi had not been ordered to take us to the airport. The staff did nothing to help us in this difficult situation. During my most recent visit last week, we found the dining room was unexpectedly closed. There was a note on the counter, but we were not informed beforehand. The man at check-in was rude, unhelpful, and inefficient. The previous guest had booked through booking.com, but the hotel was not notified. This had happened to me before, but it was unusual how the hotel staff handled it. The man in question was publicly embarrassed by the loud and rude behavior of the hotel staff. The staff member even falsely accused the guest of making a mistake in booking through booking.com instead of directly with the hotel."
