"Myself and my partner visited on a Saturday night having pre booked. We were seated promptly but waited about 15mins to order food and drink. After about another 20mins our starters still hadn't arrived which we reported to the staff to be told it's ready and coming. It didn't come. The table of 5 who ordered at least 10-15mins after us got their starter. A couple who arrived 30mins after us got their food. Our order had been completely forgotten. After having been there for 45mins I cancelled the starter and asked the staff to just bring the main as we needed to leave shortly. This came after we'd been seated for 55mins! Understand that mistakes happen and orders sometimes get missed, but priority should then be given to that order and not serve all the surrounding tables! The main, when arrived, tasted fine, but to be honest we had to rush so didn't enjoy it. No discount or apology was offered with the bill. Needless to say, we didn't leave a tip!"
