"What a disgraceful way to treat people. I booked this restaurant for 14th February for 4 people six weeks ago, booked through the Italian Club themselves. I made it clear that we were not interested in Valentines Night and that seemed to be that. Then I received an e-mail 26/01/24 demanding £40 within the next hour or the booking would be cancelled, I didnt see the mail until 27/01/24 and a booking cancellation confirmation e-mail as well. We are people of a certain age and are not in the habit of breaking booking once made. I will not consider this restaurant as worthy of my money ever again. Plenty more fish in the sea!! I'm off to find one who treats the customer as king."
