"Hadn’t been here for years and was pleasantly surprised by the refurbed premises. Had booked for 4 as my sisters were visiting. The pub was quite quiet as it was a Monday evening. We all loved the look of the outdoor area as well although we were seated inside…. An upstairs, high seated booth, lighting could have been better (maybe clean the dust out of the inside?! The service was pleasant and speedy. A couple of items I originally chose weren’t available and the app had little choice left, but I ordered at the bar and all was well. The food was lovely: tasty, nicely presented and what it was described as! We all had something different and none of us was disappointed in any way. My fiancé and I had desserts, yummy! All in all a lovely, enjoyable meal in pleasant surroundings, we’ll be back for sure!"
