"Florin deserves Employee of The Year and Amazing Food! I am a massive Wagamama fan/eater I have Wagamama about once or twice a week! And have been for years. So I thought i'd try the one at East Croydon... and I always get Katsu curry but Florin convinced me to try the new healthier katsu chicken, and even offered to replace it with the normal one if i don't like it! He was so friendly and was passionate about the restaurant. I tried it and obviously loved it found my new favorite dish! : Thank you Florin for being so great and making the experience wonderful and also giving me the option to try it, and now i will be ordering it all the time."

"I have tried several dishes at Wagamama this year, but my favorite has to be the No Duck Donburi. The staff is friendly and helpful, although they tend to be quite busy due to the popularity of the Chapperfield branch of Wagamama. While I could recommend other dishes, the No Duck Donburi is the one I find myself coming back to most often. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit small, and can feel cramped when it's full of customers, which is often the case. However, if you enjoy high-quality, generous portions of food at reasonable prices, you won't be disappointed by a visit to Wagamama here in Norwich."

"I absolutely love Wagamama! It is one of my favorite places to eat. We decided to celebrate my birthday there on Sunday. I tried the firecracker chicken dish, which some of my friends always order and recommended to me. It was good, but nothing beats the chicken katsu curry, which is my absolute favorite! The katsu curry should never change. Our server was a lovely woman from South America who was incredibly friendly and beautiful. It was nice chatting with her and my family. What made the experience even more special was when the staff from the new Wagamama location at Petersplatz came to my workplace the next day. They brought goodie bags for our team members, which included a Wagamama cookbook, £30 credit, a pen, and a pouch. It felt like an extra birthday present and was greatly appreciated by all of us. "I visited this restaurant with a friend. I had been before and it was very good. This time not so much. The server wrote our order out on a large peice of paper on our table and recorded it on her tablet. When the first meal arrived it was incorrect. Despite the fact we had double checked the order before she left. When the other meal arrived it was cold. My friend did not have his meal at this point because they had to cook his as the wrong meal had initially been sent. So we didn't actually get to eat together. Then my meal was sent back. When it came back I'm pretty sure it was the same meal warmed up. When we came to pay the server took the payment and then asked if we would like to leave a tip. I couldn't believe the cheek. Poor service. Poor food and she wanted rewarding . I can't actually believe that people ask for tips. I wonder if that's a company policy."

"Good food served quickly in an unfussy restaurant. Ample parking in the outlet center car parks. We use the one to the west, the centre remains open to walk through til late so no issues returning to the car. Food is always good, I'm a particular fan of the yaki udon, but have tried many dishes and loved them all. Deserts have been their weak spot for me, some of their oriental twists in well known deserts haven't always improved them, but the smoked chocolate caramel cake is a winner, and the bananana katsu is great if you've got a sweet tooth."
