"Just done a review of The Old Chapel in Darwen but wanted to add that we came here to salvage what we could from a terrible experience. we got a fantastic friendly welcome and were served at our table with great quality drinks. Comfortable and...warm, friendly staff, we didnt eat but the food being served looked very appealing. The menu is attractive and not overky expensive. we are looking forward to visiting and having a meal soon."

"We love the Wheelwrights. The staff make the pub as they are so friendly and welcoming to everyone. We go in there a lot with our dog and they make a big fuss of him. The food is very good and always tasty, we would highly recommend it. Definitely the best pub in the area by far."
