"Don't understand why can't book like in any other normal place, I emailed with a member of staff to make sure we can come in a group of 4 adults and 2 children and asked about booking, polite lady explained that there is no booking but they will make sure that a table for us will be found. Unfortunately on arrival we had to wait outside in cold with children about 45 minutes for a free table. Finally when got in, all members of staff were polite and friendly. There was an issue with ordering via their website, didn't work on any of our phones at all however staff had no issue with ordering via human old days...way, which was nice. Little mixed up with our order, lady forgot to order fpr one person but it got sorted out nicely and promptly. Food was very good and a great value for money. Love how wide the choice is for gluten free options. Definitely coming back. Thank you"

"One of THE WORST EXPERIENCES BY FAR of our lives. Took the kids out for lunch. The lounge had at most 15 customers. The FOOD (chicken meals X2) were served with raw chicken on the inside. Both ordered milkshakes were horrendous to say the least. They were warm to taste even after we asked for them to be replaced. They tasted of nothing, no strawberry or vanilla, which even the manager agreed to. The service was NON EXISTENT . Don 't think they know anything about running a restaurant. The server couldn 't understand a word of English, could not explain what he was serving and again 3 times brought someone else 's food to our table. OUR CONCLUSION, NOT GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN."

"3 friends and I went after a round crazy golf after caballo! They have a great selection of drinks available, and make weekly quizzes from the sounds of him, and have a few games that they can play (we have jenga played on our table (yes, we are big kids! there is a separate vegan menu that is great, but they may need to ask for it (some of the vegan options seem to be on the main menu, but are not clearly marked). we shared 3 tapas dishes that were hummus, guac and Patatas-Brevas, served with brot, to start-very tasty, and I wouldn't be disappointed only those to me if I wanted to eat some light. for my head, I had the Burrito wrap. it was very nice, but quite spicy, and the chips were quite salty, but it was a nice leak. they have a few vegan cakes for dessert, but unfortunately, they sold this morning, so we did not try the one that was very disappointed (not that I was space for much more, but it is nice to finish with something sweet everything in all we had a great evening, and I look forward to returning when I am in the opposite again."

"We Trowbridge and Surrounding Areas (TASA) Ladies Group have a reoccurring weekly coffee and natter meeting at Velo. Our table is booked much in advance and there can be quite a few of us turn up. We are so comfortable there that we often spend up to 3 hours chatting, drinking, and eating together. The staff go out of their way to make our visit a good experience. Issy Olivia and there is also a chap whose name escapes me, are extremely helpful if we need more tables. We have only ever encountered a problem once when I phoned in my booking because the website wouldn't let me book for some reason. Human error... no table booked for the following day... however the staff working on the Tuesday were really helpful and soon we were comfortable as usual. Our thanks go out to the staff. The best cup of coffee for miles, chocolate, and even unusual milk requests are always met. We hope to try tapas Tuesday soon, to test it out in the evening."

"We booked a table ahead as we had never been here. Never realise we needed to order on line . Waited then asked a runner. Tried 4 times to order food each time got an error code at the end of inputting the order.. Finally got the food order in then needed to order the drinks. Same thing . It was my husband's birthday meal it ended up frustrating the hell out of all of us. If you insist on using an on line platform I wish we were informed before we entered. Also it should be user friendly and work. We won't be back EVER! Much nicer options with personal service in Chesterfield . We came out to celebrate a birthday ended up frustrated and angry . That said the food was good but then why have a restaurant if you operate it like a take away. Great take away food not worth a eat in certainly not for a Birthday celebration which this was."

"Had lunch here. The place has a homemade, indie, community vibe. Great music playing, and friendly relaxed staff. All age groups here with including children colouring in with pencils and paper provided. There is a separate vegan menu offering wraps,salads, and burgers. There is even a limited dessert offering. Had the jackfruit burger. Never had one before and really enjoyed it. Their own vegan slaw was great. Would definitely recommend this place"

"I've been here a few times, with friends and family, but that was the first time alone. it's always so beautiful, but I wasn't there covid the layout changed. I prefer it. there was something waiting, but not really for me, because I only needed a little table. they apologised and were very nice about it, I wasn't disturbed. the personal of beginning very friendly, asked if I had vegan and gluten-free and if I had any allergens. what, I think is great, how not everyone does place. I ordered a Decaf coffee and the buttermilk fried huhn w/slaw and fries. it was very cheap and very tasty. it was a huge piece of shining coated in a very crispy coating (instead of single pieces)Food came fast, no complaining."

"Great venue. All the restaurants in the Lounge group are accommodating for those with coeliac disease. There is a separate kitchen prep area and a separate fryer for fries. My teenage daughter, who has a gluten intolerance, has enjoyed burgers and chips on multiple visits without any issues. I highly recommend this place. The staff are all very knowledgeable and only those who have been trained in handling allergy orders (coeliac disease is not technically an allergy) are allowed to take orders."

"We were looking for something different from the usual chain hotel breakfast and stumbled upon this gem. The diverse fusion menu exceeded our expectations. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious with bold flavors, and the tea was served in a pot. We will definitely be returning in the future and look forward to trying out their other dishes."

"I love this place. Warm and friendly service ambience Good food with an additional vegan menu. Rustic style interior with old paintings covering the walls and lampshades on lights that make for calm lighting. There is a mix of music at a reasonable volume. Glass windows fill half the interior, so lots of lovely natural light. There is plenty of outside seating, although we've not used this yet. A variety of styles of seating inside with wooden tables. You don't need to make a reservation that hasn't yet caused a problem. They do fab coffee, cocktails mocktails and a free to use water dispenser with stacked glasses It's in a accessible location right by the library, shopping centre car park, with wheelchair access (front door dining is at ground level)"

"Teatro Lounge in Clevedon offers the best breakfast experience in town. "We went as it is close to home, we have previously gone and been satisfied with the menu, food and service. It was a busy day as it was half term. My husband ordered the tapas and was pleased with his dishes, however, I ordered the standard burger and fries. The burger was overcooked dry and looked almost burnt, the fries were cold dry and crunchy. Should have complained but it was really busy and have decided not to go there again."

"Based on the food I was served on the day, this place is a fantastic spot for lunch. The chicken club ciabatta was presented well piled up with filling; very tasty filling along with a side of fries. Arriving at the Pato Lounge, you essentially seat yourself. Someone comes over to welcome you, advises to find a seat order up at the bar when you’re ready. Personally I believe table service would suit better but this isn’t an issue. All drinks good are brought out to you. Coffees are okay, not as strong as I would usually like. The venue itself is interesting, lots of decorative details to admire. The team on the day were young; again, not an issue, but no sense of leadership. If I did have an issue, who would have managed this. From what I saw it was “managers day off”. Tables needed clearing throughout our visit, but the team were standing in a group chatting, or eating food at the pass. The toilets also needed attention. (Sorry, but they had the toilet bin company in when I needed the loo; a male attendant, no warning. I feel the area should have been closed off for a few minutes while they did their job. The guy also continued to remove the waste through the restaurant. The lady on the bar signed the tablet and continued to make my friends drink without washing her hands. I’ll probably visit again, I’m not a local so it’s not a regular for me."

"the staff is fabulous, I don't know how they climb up and down the stairs all day. I don't know why they didn't make a stupid waiter when they built this place! 2 of us had the fish finger sandwiches with salat and wet sauce. it has whole cap in tartaric acid sauce that makes it quite salty. my sister loved it, but I would ask her to keep the tartar sauce next time. the fish fingers are lush. our best bud had the grilled cheese and ham toastie she loved it. and we all had riders who are beautiful and crispy and fluffy in the inner. soaked were beautiful apart from my mates top of tee she was not too sharp on her tees bags think they need 2 she very weak, so she pulled for a cappuccino when she ended that what she loved, we ordered our puddings 45 minutes later I went into theke and ordered more soaked and chased the puds, she had come 15 minutes later my mate I recommend her coffee I had a flat white and it was soou beautiful and I am creepy about my coffee. all in a fabulous time had of all. oh and herr selley, they will be happy to know that they cleaned the table for us 1."

"We have eaten here countless times before but haven't been in for a few months. In the past it has been great but this visit was very disappointing. We ordered our food, one of which was chicken soup. It arrived and was so salty it couldn't be eaten as well as being an unappetizing brown colour. The waiter agreed to change it for the vege option which was squash and carrot with coriander. It looked identical to the first soup, a sludgy brown colour, and it came without the bread, I had to chase the waiter to ask for the bread as he'd put the soup down and gone. We then had a debate about how they thought we'd had bread with the previous bowl, we had, it was taken with the soup being on the same plate. Waiter was very good, brought the bread. The soup was the same, so salty it couldn't be eaten. The panini was distinctly average. Such a shame as every other meal we've had here the food and service has been spot on, so the question is what has changed in the last few months?"

"Very vibrant youthful atmosphere a great place to find food if you have intolerances, allergies, vegan or vegetarian or want to bring your dogs. Really tasty coffee (even the decaf with oat milk), freshly squeezed orange juice available treats for the dogs. They even will give you a water bowl for your dog if you've forgotten yours. We only waited 5 minutes for a table even though it was busy service was very quick. Parking might be tricky as it is on street, but well worth it if you can get here!"

"I 'm a fan of the 'Lounges ' and I 've used the Bolero several times before. The food is usually reasonable, if a bit expensive. I tend to stick to the breakfast/Brunch menu but today I decided to try something different and chose the Bang Bang Chicken. £13.75 This was a mistake, It was very disappointing. Basically this was a crispy chicken burger sliced into three pieces and served with Noodles and stir fried veg. It could have been tasty but it wasn 't, it didn 't taste of anything. There was some sort of sauce which made one piece of chicken very soggy and a hint of peanut but the combination of flavours just didn 't work and it tasted (I 'm sorry to say unpleasant. I didn 't recognise this as the same meal advertised on the Menu. There were a few red chilli slices but these carried no heat and this dish was more Pop Pop than Bang Bang. However, staff were friendly and efficient, venue was pleasant though the toy 's they supplied to keep the kids happy need to be replaced. Blunt Crayons that dont draw aren 't the best way of entertaining a child. In future I 'll stick to the breakfast menu."

"I could not mistake the service in this lounge. food and drink order from very efficient and courteous employees. the food is delivered very timely. unfortunately we had to eat without talking. You couldn't hear when the muzak was so loud. I noticed that everyone had to call in communication. not good for the ears, not good for social interaction, certainly not good in the current covid climate. this place could have offered a much better experience if only the volume of the muco was somewhat lower. I notice that these phenomena are very common in restaurants and caffes. is it intentionally designed to scare customers from the superposition of their greeting?"
