"We are loyal customers of Tiffin, ordering family meals from them every month. However, during one recent visit, we were disappointed when our salad was forgotten with the starters and there were no onions with the popadoms. Additionally, the mixed grill I ordered was served cold and I had to heat it up in the microwave. When I called to complain, the person who answered said the manager was not available and would call me back, but never did. After reaching out again a few days later, the manager did not apologize but offered free popadoms as per their policy. When I mentioned the poor service, the manager abruptly ended the call after I used a certain word. We have decided not to return as a result of this lack of customer service, even though the food is tasty."

"Went for my sister’s bday. Had a great time. Only few things is that they don’t give tap water and charge a lot for a small bottle of water. They don’t accept card payment. It must be cash for now because they haven’t installed the card payment machine, there is an atm right outside the lounge. The food was too tasty and will be back again to have it again. The Mocktails are so good and generally it was a nice vibe and great ambience. The staff were really attentive and made my sisters day really lovely."

"we were looking for good Indian food near our hotel on glouster photos of india not disappointed. eating was so tasteful without being sharp! we ordered lamm samosas, huhn tikka masala, lamb corma, biryani and naan. for both of us it was perfect! the restaurant was overcrowded, which is always a good sign when there are other possibilities. I would definitely return, it was authentic and so good! happy that we could get a table."

"I arranged a meeting and decided to go to a competitor's Indian restaurant, but it was a bit challenging and some of the staff were not very friendly. A friend recommended this place to me, and I was pleasantly surprised by the interior. The menu offered a good selection of dishes for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The portions were quite generous, and in hindsight, I probably should have ordered a smaller mixed grill, but it was Christmas after all. The Indian mixed grill we ordered was excellent and arrived at our table sizzling hot, creating quite a bit of smoke. The portion size was large, with enough food to comfortably feed 4 people with the included naans. The value for money was fantastic. I also tried the lamb saag, which was tender and flavorful. The sauces and dips were served in a nice presentation, rather than being in large squeeze bottles like some other places. They provided paper napkins, not cheap kitchen roll, and offered a take-home option for leftovers. The staff was very friendly, and I look forward to visiting again in the future."

"The best balti in all of Great Britain. We have been coming here for 15 years, and last night I brought my girlfriend along. We had a fantastic time, the staff were as welcoming and friendly as ever. The food was delicious and very affordable. We ordered katlama, chicken pakora, chicken balti, huh jalfrezi, two naans, and a side of rice, all of which were excellent. For dessert, we had gul road jamun and chocolate barfi. The total bill came to £27, what a great deal!"

Edit: I can't be held responsible if your server didn't tell your chef. I said the chicken was dry and tasteless, not the pulled pork. If the chicken was already precooked, then kept warm, it will invariably dry out. The description of the dish on the menu also said smothered in cheese, but you must have a different meaning to smothered than I do."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Meal was late arriving, the chapatis looked like they were a week old and we just binned them (see photo), the poppadoms were smashed to pieces, there was a lake of ghee on the top of our lamb dish, the tarka dal was bland and...tasteless, the lettuce in the salad was brown and rotting. "My family had booked the conservatory area for my hen party. On the day, the owner phoned to check with us in the morning if the booking was fine it was. Then about before we are due to arrive, and my family have...arrived to decorate the room he tells us that we can no longer have it because it has already been booked. Even though we booked it weeks earlier and spoken about it on multiple occasions to check the details. To add insult to injury, the manager also tells us that we changed the date earlier in the week when no one did. Plus management called in the morning to confirm the booking. Then they refused to move the other people out saying it was a wedding occasion but when we arrived, it was clearly a birthday. Furthermore we were then placed in the main area, but my family had spent loads of effort and money on decorations which we simply could not put up. Had we known how shoddy this would be, we could have done it anywhere else. I had about guests some of whom had travelled hours and from many different areas in the country to be there, only to receive this awful experience. The management told us that no one else would be allowed in the main area to accommodate us, again you have guessed it. Yet another lie. About later the tables were full of people and they had clearly not done as promised. The service was also slow, and terrible. The owners of this establishment are awful people. If you have double booked, admit to it and offer a larger discount. Instead they just ruined what was supposed to be an amazing night full of memories through anger and inconvenience. We couldn’t do any of the games or the preparation we had planned. Worst experience with memories of India ever. Do not recommend this place ever."

"we had a lunch from this wonderful new restaurant. our mealtimes had high quality ingredients prepared with skills. the portions were generous and there was a suitable ratio of meat to carbs, which meant that the chef had not tried to approve by placing on the meat. the most interesting thing about our meal was that it was quite fragrant: when we opened the box, the fragrant rosewater-infused biryani filled our dining room (think the maximum strength Turkish joy). in that I still have his taste in my mouth. the only disadvantage is that the parking situation can make it a bit difficult to collect a meal."
