The staff started off being friendly. They provided the vegan menu, which was extensive, but it didn't distinguish between starters and mains. It says some portions are starter size It'd have been helpful to know which ones. Those choosing from the main menu can choose between various sizes, so vegans aren't treated equally here. The waitress asked whether to serve the bruschetta before the spaghetti; we went for the latter. The wait between courses was 50 minutes while we saw six tables receive several courses each. They clearly forgot, but offered no apology. I politely pointed out how long we had waited and asked them to remove the 12.5% service charge that they add to the bill. A revised bill arrived; I say arrived it was slammed on the table by the blonde waitress (the others were friendly). So although the food was good, I really didn't enjoy the experience so it's only one star."
