"Looking for a fun, boozy brunch to start your weekend with a bang? Well, the Bunga Bunga Saturay Brunch in Battersea offers you the perfect option to enjoy great food and drinks in an upbeat ambience. We had booked the brunch way in advance, but reached late for our seating sadly and had much lesser time than we would've liked. Even so, you can't really go wrong with unlimited prosecco and make your own bellinis and a delicious 3 course meal to go with it. The first thing you notice when you enter is the quirky decor of this place, and as the afternoon progresses there are many more additions to make the experience better. We were immediately seated at our table in between an absolutely packed brunch seating, and were served bread which we had to send back since it was cold. They then seved us another basket with warm bread and spreads, and the afternoon started. The starters Cold cuts and pastries were brought to our table while we decided what pizzas we wanted to opt for as our mains. The pastries were highly ok, but the cold cuts were great. Our jug of prosecco and mixers kept us company till the main course arrived, and we digged in. We ordered half the Englishmen's breakfast pizza and half Italy's fun guy pizza. The latter was our favorite, an absolute delight with mushrooms and truffle oil. We ended on a high note with the delicious strawberry sorbet the pistachio one was a bit of a let down. The staff was very attentive and kept refreshing our prosecco jug, the live singer added great funk to the setting, and the face painting counter was a hit! Overall, priced at 38 pounds pp this may not be the cheapest option around, but offers a fun afternoon with music, good food and drinks in a lively and fun ambience."

"Hats off to the management and staff of Cantinetta for truly earning this one-star review from me. It was a team effort that I felt deserved recognition. We had guests from out of town and it was up to us to pick a restaurant that showcased the best of Crosby (according to Google reviews). We were a party of 10 who had reserved a table for Saturday evening with plenty of time to prepare and even pre-order if needed. Upon arrival, we were seated and given the drink menu. Unfortunately, the staff took 40 minutes before taking our drink orders, despite reminders. They seemed to make excuses rather than fulfill their duties. We should have probably left at that point, but we stayed. The food that was eventually served was inedible, particularly the Bruschettas which were popular choices for starters. There were delays in serving the main dishes as well, with some younger guests jokingly starting to eat the table. Thankfully, the main meals were of decent quality once served, but the service lacked any apologies or acknowledgment of our dissatisfaction. When we spoke to the manager about our experience, he seemed indifferent. This lack of care or apologies for a subpar experience on their part is the reason for this one-star review. Everyone has an off night, but the indifference to customer satisfaction shown by Cantinetta was truly remarkable.Service: Dine inMeal type: DinnerPrice per person: £30-40Food: 2Service: 1Atmosphere: 2"

Menu selections include inspired dishes from the home country , presenting some unknown in the West , departing from generic spaghetti lasagne pizza to introduce restaurant guests to a few secrets mysteries of Italy and its most colourful and certainly delicious! cuisine. Contributing to the authenticity is the Italian management staff, who are all polite and bring an excellence professionalism of service, even with the occasional hesitancy in English which, in fact, only contributes to the suspension of disbelief that allows one to imagine they 've been transported to Italy, where every meal is a journey to yet another lesser known town otherwise famed amongst Italians for its succulent secrets... Over the past several years, I 've had the great pleasure to return to Ponte Vecchio a handful of times to enjoy a meal, each time a different dish. After my most recent dining excursion , I 'm pleased to have discovered there 's yet another refresh of the menu soon to come, which means more delights on my next major visit.
