"A really lovely place to stay and eat. The staff are delightful and make so much effort to ensure your pleasure and satisfaction. My dining companion is deaf and it's the first place we've been where they ask how to say things using sign language. It really meant a lot. The food was excellent, clearly freshly prepared and home made. When we were there it was quiz night so we joined in. Only a few teams but it was a lot of fun with the great quiz master Adrian. We would heartily recommend such a lovely place. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay and meal."

"Last visited a year ago when change of owner. Vast improvement since then. Had a free iced bottle of tap water... Whilst scrutinising the menu. My pizza was so much nicer and lots of tasty topping. Nice thin base. Dessert... . 3 scoops of ice cream. Once again my favourite flavours weren't stocked. But alternative was very nice. Generous portions. Supplied with squirty cream... Waiter should have told us, as my friend had to remove it. Staff were so nice. Welcoming, friendly and attentive. Manager came over to say hello. Looks like interior has had a clean and refurb. New menus. You can still sit outside. But the cornered off area has been removed. A real shame. Don't know why. Recommended."

"A very different, but enjoyable, experience! After checking in at the reception downstairs for our cinema/meal booking by phone, we were told to go upstairs (where the cinema was located) and check in again. The person upstairs we were to see had a queue of customers waiting to buy drinks and nibbles. The showing of the film was imminent. When we finally saw her we were told to go straight into Cinema One . Apparently we didn 't need to 'check in ' with her as we were on their system. Could the receptionist we first saw not have told us that? That saying, wonderful service by the all in the restaurant. Food, decor and ambience was spot-on. Would definitely book again, especially as we now know the procedure."

"The location of this small restaurant is fantastic on a quaint village street alongside the Fairy Glen in Rostrevor. Warm and friendly staff were attentive throughout the whole of the afternoon we spent there as a large family group. The restaurant has a very traditional...feel but is cosy, bright and spacious. Food and drink was excellent and reasonably priced. i would highly recommend it and I’m looking forward to returning as soon as possible."
