"Having spent the day in Knightsbridge with a friend, we decided to sit down for cocktails at the Mandarin Oriental. The place is stylish and nicely decorated, as you’d expect from a 5-star establishment. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive, and helped my friend charge her phone after she forgot to bring her cable with her. We very much enjoyed our cocktails and the general ambiance. Highly recommended."

"After dining at this restaurant multiple times, I made a reservation for dinner with three friends and was extremely let down by the decline in quality. The cocktails lacked flavor, the wine was tasteless, and all the food was overly salty. The lemon sole was overcooked, the butter sauce tasted burnt instead of nutty. The aubergine main dish was small and lacked flavor, more suitable as a starter. The halloumi main was bland and the sole goujons were lukewarm at best. The dessert, rhubarb frangipane, tasted like a subpar Bakewell tart with minimal rhubarb, and the Balthazar coupe was overly sweet. At a price of £270, this meal was far too expensive for the subpar quality. I am unsure if there has been a change in management at this restaurant, but I was truly disappointed and embarrassed to have recommended it to my friends. I will not be returning or suggesting this restaurant to others in the future."

"Positive surprise must say. Not a big fan of eating in the Covent Garden area, simply because most of places are overpriced and for tourists, but must confess that was so impressed with Le Garrick !!!! Very friendly staff, great setting, tasty food, excellent service. Hosted some friends for dinner and everyone was really happy with the experience. Was my first time here and I'm sure not my last. Will definitely return"

"Loved the idea of trying Full French- food was tasty and filling, atmosphere was pleasant. The bacon and omelette were very tasty, as were the potatoes and mushrooms. Brie and baguette slightly disappointing. Frustratingly, our bill had service charge added automatically which I explained to the waiter is presumptive and not a culture we encourage (I have no intention of paying a fiver for someone to bring the plate to me). Overall nice food though automatic service charge disappointing."

"Took my food buddy here for a surprise romantic dinner as he is French and we absolutely loved the food! The risotto is a MUST try, such beautiful flavors and great customer service and environment. We will be back here for a future anniversary."

"The food was very good through the three courses. My only qualification would be that I would have expected more bite in the scallops. But main courses (Sea Bass and Guinea Fowl) both very well cooked and presented. So to the desserts. We had two reservations about the context. First, there are too many tables in a small space. It felt crowded and even with only 50-60% full it was noisy at times. Secondly, we were offered water immediately but not drinks. We were then left for 15 minutes before being offered drinks. By which time we wanted to order food. So an opportunity missed for the restaurant and for us. But these were minor grumbles: the food was certainly not a disappointment. Not perhaps as imaginative as nearby Thomas' but less expensive."

"Lovely relaxing restaurant with excellent ambience emanating from owner and staff with excellent attention to detail. Food first class and carefully crafted and fully explained by staff prior to ordering, limited by very good fresh and delicately prepared menu. Sweet to die for and excellent cheese board with great selection of cheeses all carefully maintained to reach the table in first class condition. A great relaxed evening and looking forward to introduce other friends when filming in Cardiff."

"We had dinner with friends on a busy Saturday evening in London. L'Artiste Muscle was a nice quiet haven. Service was friendly enough and the food was fine though nothing particularly exceptional. Some gaps that surprised us no fruit juices available and no decaffeinated coffee. Ambience downstairs isn't great but pleasant enough upstairs. Not a bad price for the location."

"Great food and atmosphere in the heart of Leamington. Bistrot Pierre offers fantastic food and affordable prices. The service is always fast and polite with waitors helping where ever they can. The decor and the atmosphere are warm and inviting, feeling relaxed and at home. The food was this trip was great, the beef bourguignon i had was fantastic, good portion size and very tasty. The sea bass my wife had was light and full of flavour. Would recommend to any one looking g for a good lunch or evening meal to stop by."
"Our first visit to this Penarth restaurant. Have been to the one in Canton many times. Food really good, big fan of the chicken livers. Everyone really enjoyed both courses. Excellent wine and good recommendations from the Waiter. I ask for our main course to be delayed because my husband returned earlier from work and headed over to Penarth to join us. Very accommodating with this request. We all look forward to returning."

"A charming French restaurant in Fulham. They have a skilled French chef who prepares excellent local dishes, and the Parisian owners are friendly and knowledgeable about their wine selection. The pork terrine, onion jam, and onion soup were all delicious starters, as well as the lamb with couscous, garlic spinach, and fantastic fries. The unfiltered house Cotes du Rhone paired perfectly with the meal. We will definitely be returning."
