"This was my second visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the first visit was better than the second. The wrong burger was brought out initially, but a replacement was given along with extra fries. We were overcharged when we were leaving, but the mistake was rectified and a refund was given on my card. We had to pay a £5 deposit per person to book their bottomless breakfast/brunch, but this was refunded in cash when we paid. The drinks listed are only bottomless. The French toast breakfast was much larger than expected, and my friend struggled to finish it. Overall, my previous visit during the summer had gone smoothly. Parking was limited, but we didn't have an issue finding a spot as it was quiet when we visited."

"it's my birthday, so we go south to the wandle der gastro, fun, live music pub in earlsfield. we come there and it is Friday night and I am already on the bar order cocktails. the list is quite many variations on well-known and beloved classmates. this is a pub that concentrates on beer and gin and tonika; it is obviously not cocktailable. but they have a reasonable choice. the cowboy and I also agree to get the presley; a fried, carnivorous love-sharing board. as we gather with friends, musicians are set up and a kind of dance floor/open space suspension around them are formed. we order at the bar, but the cocktails and eat are brought to the table. "Fantastic gastropub with simple well executed food and great value. Some of the best chips I have eaten in London. We attended the soft relaunch following refurbishment. The place looks very handsome with leather booths and dark wooden farmhouse style tables. Music was a little too loud for the dining room. I wonder if they don't have separate volume controls for the restaurant and the pub. My companion had Cajun fish and chips. The sweet potato chips were just amazing. Very crunchy, slightly caramelized flavor that contrasted beautifully with the zingy lime mayo served with them.. The mayo had been made with plenty of zest and citrus juice. The battered fish was lovely and light and didn't taste oily. There were some garnishes of pickles and re-fried beans. My main of pork ribs was enormous. I ended up taking half of the meat home. Ribs were very tender and falling off the bone, though for my taste there was too much of the sweet BBQ sauce. Again some of the best fries I have ever had. Thin, very crunchy and seasoned with cayenne and paprika. There was half a cob of corn that had been charred on the grill. It didn't have that distinctly chewy texture of corn cooked entirely on the grill. The corn had been parboiled, and then blackened a little over flames but it was very pleasant. There was also some undressed watercress and coleslaw that was crunchy and fresh but otherwise indifferent. Do be warned about ordering wine here. If you ask for a bottle of the house red, they don't bring the cheapest bottle (a £19.50 Tempranillo) but the Malbec which is halfway down the list at £23.50."

"I came to lunch and decided to get the lunchtime, the side and the drink. the lunch special consisted of about 4 different burgers and 1 hotdog. there were two bark options, one chicken and one vegetarian. I went for the naked bones burger and normal pommes and foam water. the burger was good, it was a good thick and was a good quality. the riders were also very good. they had a kartoffel taste and are not frozen and freshly costed. the service is good, they are friendly, polite, but a little quiet. they are to be welcomed in order, but probably only need improvement. the place itself has beautiful decor and beautiful music and a good feeling. it's very clean. it was calm, but that doesn't make the place just as I was happy with eating and the experience. thanks for lunch."

"I tried to order the blueberry waffles at noon but they were sold out, indicating that they were not freshly prepared but rather reheated. This was not what I expected given the high prices. I ended up getting the avocado toast which lacked flavor and had very small portions for the price. The apple juice was also of low quality. My dining companion, who is not vegan, also did not enjoy their meal. The lack of customer service was evident as the staff simply took orders and brought them to the card reader without any warmth or friendliness."
