"As cocktail lovers we were told this is just the best place so off we went. A small place in the centre of town which we eventually found and so glad we did. A Southside, Team Rocket, Paper Plane and Grasshopper were our choices. It is an experience to watch a pro at work, all cocktails were made using great care, skill and technique, poured into glassware and presented. Just an art to watch and a pleasure to savour. The place itself is quirky, a gem of a little bar and the cocktails which we had were tremendous, perhaps a little high on the price side but oh so worth it when you consider the skill set needed to create such inspiring beverages.
