"The food was excellent, as always, but the service left much to be desired. It took a long time for our order to be taken, and when we finally prompted the staff, they were quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, our order was not taken correctly, and there was no acknowledgment of the mistake. The staff also leaned over other diners at our table to serve our food, which felt quite intrusive. Overall, they appeared unsmiling, unyielding, and poorly trained. Thankfully, another waitress brought us coffee; she was friendly and made us feel welcome for the first time during our visit."
