"Starting from the lady that was welcoming guests , that look at us in a very disrespectful way, to the servers that couldn't wait to leave and weren't making any effort. The security man chasing people out of the dance floor with no manners, because of having a glass of champagne to the cherry on top... you guys missed the count down ! I have it in video, everyone confused, the tv was on 26 sec when was already midnight and also fireworks couldn't be seen unless you were crawled on the stairs. 10 mnts after, everyone left, disappointed I was back at the hotel 20mnts passed midnight. Not worth it at all!"
