"Dropped in with a mate for breakfast on Saturday morning as we usually do when I'm visiting from London. I must say I love this place and the food is amazing as always and prepared with dedication and care. The staff are always great and the manager always takes time to say hi and are really welcoming. Everybody only has good things to say about The Bay Tree and this is well deserved. Great job guys"

"Food was good (as usual) but service slow. This may have been as a result of the restaurant being busy (due to warm weather), having to serve a number of tables outside and not having enough staff to manage all the tables. This was compounded by having to remind staff a couple of times to bring some items we had ordered. It was a hot evening and it was too hot inside despite asking for A/C to be turned up and then door to left open. Outside tables can't be booked and are on a first come basis (we tried to book one in advance) and there were a number of poeople waiting for one when we arrived at 19:20 for a 19:30 booking. Still one of our favourites for a spur of the minute/casual dinner with family or friends."
