"Booked online for a table of 5 and was not told that I needed to pre order any food. Got there to be given a menu of pizza and pizza only and was told that it is because I booked online and didn’t pre book my food. I explained that when I booked it did not say I needed to pre book or I would have. I was then told by a young girl that she doesn’t know why it didn’t tell me as she did not create the website. Very dissatisfied. If you are going to allow customers to book through an online service they should be given all the correct information so that they can order from the full menu."
