"I used to like prezzos, but eating was not good at this visit. bolognese was w watery, with crushed carrots and barely meat. the carbonara swim in cream, but w bland in taste. the thing that looked good was the...pizza service of my daughter was not great, left the courts for the old and did not ask us if we wanted pudding. really not the prices for such sun standard eating and service. it's a shame when it was good before"

"A great place to eat and drink. Nice open plan layout with function room upstairs. A good choice of ales and drinks, food choices were wide ranging. My partner is a vegetarian and had a range of choices, I plumped for the fish and chips, one of the most flavoursome I have ever had. Staff were great and friendly, helping us to move tables. Would have given 5 stars, but, why o why have the telly on, then loud music blaring, consequently everyone has to raise their voices. Manager, please note who if any, are singing along to the music, who if any, are watching telly. Almost 100 per cent are talking to others ! Other than that personal opinion, its a friendly well managed and pleasant public house. Cheers"

"the presentation of eating is good. However, all three sirloin steaks we ordered were boiled over. the service was minimal with only one staff that took service and order. when pouring a bottle of red wine on our weinglas it was as fast as it filled with water and without showing us the bottle and trying it out. inside damentoilette just came out of the kubikal found a male personal cleaning and it scared me. this type of service at hilton was not expected."

"I attended a drag themed bottomless brunch where I paid for both food and drinks. Unfortunately, no food ever arrived despite multiple inquiries. The chef was reportedly rude and told the waiter to leave each time we asked about our order. We waited for food from 1:30 until 4:30 in a cramped booth meant for 8 people but stuffed with 10 hungry ladies. The drag acts had to navigate stairs to interact with everyone due to the venue's multiple levels, making it challenging to enjoy both food and entertainment simultaneously. The Brunch Club has yet to provide a refund for the unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this venue due to poor service, overselling, and failure to deliver on orders. I do not plan on returning."

"This pub has undergone an amazing transformation! We are thrilled with the positive changes. We've been visiting this establishment for 16 years, and it's wonderful to be able to have dinner after 8 PM. The food is fantastic—so delicious and beautifully presented by the Italian chef. We truly felt like VIPs! A huge thank you for the fantastic service from Solomon! He provided us with an excellent selection of food and drinks and even offered us an extra dish that we thoroughly enjoyed! Overall, it was a lovely experience, especially for my Ukrainian friends. "The best burger I've had in London. As others have said it's very quirky in the best way. Staff is great they helped me navigate the gluten free menu and they took the extra time. Grilled Halloumi was so fanstic. The Cauliflower Wings we really nice as well. Since I am gluten free I ordered the Bacon Cheese burger without the bun. It had the crispy bits on the edges and the outside was had that nice burger crunch to it. While the inside was nice an juicy. One of the best sounding items on the menu was the Philly steak pie. Sadly, they were out of it and my husband didn't get to try. My husband said that if we lived in London near the pub we could see this as our neighborhood pub. The selection of music playing was awesome. They have darts and very large booths, nice to kick back and have some drinks while hanging with friends. if you find yourself in the area you mst stop here for some food."

"The restaurant does not offer table service, requiring customers to download an app where the menu does not match the paper menu. Many items were not available, and the payment system was unreliable, resulting in having to order at the counter. Despite being told that mac and cheese was unavailable, a friend was able to order it through the app. Overall, the service was disorganized and the food was average, arriving suspiciously quickly as if it had been reheated. Will not be returning."

"Really enjoyed our visit to Munch following the change in ownership and would highly recommend it based on our dining experience. Lovely staff, great service, warm atmosphere and a delicious meal. Though we only had chicken crunchies, burgers and fries everything was served served hot,...fresh and and to a very high standard. The burger was the best I’ve had in a very long time, the chicken crunchies superb and the accompanying salad and delicate dressing delicious. Will definitely be ordering a takeaway during lockdown and ask others to support so we can dine in again as and when they reopen. Nice one Munch, thanks!"

"Come on, who doesn 't like Italian like 'your mama ' never made (unless she was Italian; of course)? The dinning area is beutifull, bijou and chic, the staff are 7 shades of wonderful, the food is bellissima and the coffee is as coffee should be (the best Italian this side of Napoli). Verdict? Come here to pig out on perfect pasta drink with friends, dine with the family, have a romantic night with your SO you 'll come back time and time again. Visit Buongiorno for a good day and make it great popular especially in the evenings and during the weekend be a wise guy and book ahead. "I have visited this restaurant before and they always seem to be out of sea bass, but this time they had it available, which was great! I really enjoyed the tapas options, which I shared with friends for our meal. While they do have main course options, they are limited for someone like me who doesn't eat meat, but this is not a big issue for me. I will definitely come back. I appreciate that it is a cozy and local spot. My only wish is that they accepted Amex as a form of payment."
