"the staff was extremely rude, we did not want to pay for the full service fee because I found a hair in my desert and the service was slow and my early roles were cold! the waitress complained about us to her colleagues and my daughter and I overheard her, it was at this point we complained that I think if they were great service and eating was great paying the full service, but if something was then not we decided to pay only half the service. I then went to complain to the manager and said I am not obliged to pay for the service, it is up to me when I pay and how much I pay, I should not be done to feel bad about it.
