"today 09/01/2018 around 17:30 I went to the store to make an order, I then ordered a menu of 3.99 4 strips 4 chicken wings and fries, another menu of 3.99 of chicken burger plus 4 wings and fries and to finish my order 4...chicken wings for 1.49, on my accounts this from 9.47 but the worker said it was 10.I received the request and asked him if everything was, he said yes. left the store and went to the car before starting the march I confirmed the request to find a box with the chicken burger, a box with 4 strips and 2 chicken wings and fries and another box with 2 chicken wings and fries product was missing. I went to the store to explain that I had missed product and worker was very rude and he told me that he had put everything right and I told him to check in the cctv what he had put in the box. Turned me over is back and was put in a box what was missing and he put only 5 wings. But if I paid 12 wings, why he just give me 9 wings? The worker turned to me and said that I was paranoiac and to never go back. Also said to me that i paid 10£ already and i had in the bag 30£ in products. So I told him that I did not want the product, but my money back. I just wanted the things I paid for no more! I've never been humiliated like this in all my life. I'm 35 years old, I'm not a child. But people like that do not deserve to work with public, a simple apology would fix is mistake. All this happened at branch in super parliament street near Victoria centre, Notthingham"
