"Yesterday I ordered an xxxl menu (half farrouj and half farrouj both with the flavor u prefer, 2 lamb chops,very small and cold, 2hot wings but they weren 't hot, 3 sides at choice, very cold, 2 desserts and 1,5 l of coke), and a mixed fries total around 23,50. The time supposed to be 46 minutes, but the food arrived 1h and half later. Fortunately he delivered it up to my floor, the time to take out all the food from the bags that I saw that mixed fries and the desserts were not inside. So I 've called the restaurant and they let me wait a lot of time at the phone and after a lot of words without a sense, to sort the problem they invited me to call just eat to be refunded, but I didn 't make the order by just eat, but directly on their website. Anyway they told be that they will refund me with money back but I 'm waiting from 24 hours and nothing happens. I also sent them an email but no replies. I was waiting a calling or something like that to invite me to come to their restaurant to give me the items missed,but no apologies I 've received. Very bad customer service and very bad organization. Disappointing"
