"I love Cichetti’s but this time the service fell below the usual standard. My son who has allergies was treated like he was a complete pain and the waiter was huffing and puffing and due to the language barrier was hard to communicate. It was felt it was all our fault for making a fuss just because we wanted to check food was safe. The eyes rolled more than once. Then they also missed off the chips and got another friend’s order wrong. It was like they decide to write us off after that and we’re not interested in providing any service. We were pleasant and engaging but did not get that back. Plus who these days with the rise of allergies cooks ALL their food in the same friers. It was a shame as usually so friendly and the quality of the food is good but they wiped their hands of us for having the temerity to have allergies!!! So was not a nice experience at all. Don’t go unless you can eat everything!!"

"I am really sorry to complain about my evening this Restaurant but having been there probably 2 years before when it was Fantastic !! it seems since to have changed hands !! I was celebrating a 21st came away embarrassed at how bad it was !! wine was served warm food was cold the Chicken supreme looked like it came out of the Microwave ! Staff were lovely gave us a good discount but not the point our evening was spoiled ..............Whatever Wolfs had in the past seems to be lost !!"
