"The service was lacking in attentiveness; it was difficult to find anyone to take our order. When we finally managed to get someone's attention, it took a while for them to come back and take our order. The fish in the fish and chips wasn't very good; it was a bit chewy in some spots. On a positive note, they offered a small birthday brownie that was quite delicious. However, the staff member who served us didn't come across as particularly warm or welcoming."
