"We got to the restaurant and the young lady first advised us we were at the wrong place, she told us that we had come to Southall Road and not South Road, She was incorrect anyway after sorting that out she said we had no booking even though I had an email confirmation. She then told us it was ok as they had spare tables. We have historically come here a lot and the staff are normally great. but have to say the staff did not have a clue and made the experience a little poor. Drinks took to long to come and when they did they came one at a time. I would come back but I'm hoping the current staff are not. Also you cannot place a charitable contribution to peoples bill without asking. Its not the quantum but the principle"

"This was the first time I visited this restaurant. I came here for a meal with my wife. It is really is an excellent restaurant. The food is very well presented and most importantly extremely tasty. Similarly, the table service is good and very attentive. The atmosphere is friendly and with a good crowd in the restaurant has a wonderful, lively feel to it whilst at the same time being quiet enough for you to hold a conversation with your dinner guest (s). The wine menu is extensive and there should be something for everyone on it. All-in-all I would recommend this restaurant and I will be definitely be a return customer."

"Unfortunately we waited for 1.5 hours for our main courses and no explanation was given until we asked. We would have liked to have been told what the problem was and also given some food to stave off the hunger. Otherwise the meal was delicious when it finally arrived."
