"The food, ambience and staff were great with one exception. The only table time we could get was 8.30pm. We arrived on time, the Maître d' or front of house guy gave the impression we were lucky to be eating there. I kind of expect these guys to be a little aloof but, in this case it was complete disinterest. By the time we had been seated and ordered it was past 9pm. We opted to loosely break the meal up into starter, main and dessert. Let me be clear at this point, we're not slow eaters. But the food took time to arrive with the last course arriving at around 10pm. At 10.10pm we had the first hurry from the Maître d' by 10.15 he's loitering by the table. BE WARNED! THIS RESTAURANT SHUTS AT 10.15 LATEST, NOT 10.30. Make sure you have time to enjoy what you have paid for or they'll be holding the door open for you to leave before you've finished your food. I appreciate the place needs to be cleaned down but if that's the case pay the staff until 11.00pm, or state that you shut at 10pm so people know."
