"I reserved a table for 2 for 12:15, as we had an appointment for 2 pm. we had arrived the first people in, but shortly after a party of 9 who were served eating were served first, after waiting 50 minuites for our food, the barman / waiter apologized to say as the party reserved it served first. the food I have to say was very good, but I'm a little messed up with the service."

"Such a great evening, went for the first time and the whole evening was a pleasure. The service was excellent, very attentive staff and very professional for a pub. "Attempted to eat here as part of a canal trip. Called up after making the reservation and told they’re not doing food as the person is the only one there. Said in an rude accusatory way like I somehow should have known that! In general such a bizarre phone call and experience. Woody have been told this otherwise as booking all went through fine, and we would not have been able to eat that evening."
