"First time leaving a review for anything but hopefully this will save someone else the potential future hassle I'm currently experiencing. I was told I had to put down £125 deposit to book a table, which would be refunded to me following confirmation of arrival at the venue. 1 week after attending the venue I followed up on the refund as I still hadn't received it. I was informed that the refund was being processed (4 Sept) and would be with me shortly. Cut to nearly 10 weeks later (yes, 10 weeks 12 Nov) and still no refund. Any time I've spoken with someone previously they mentioned that they were looking into it ..but still no refund. And any time I try to call now, no one answers. I've left voice messages asking them to contact me with an update, no response. I've tried to remain understanding of the circumstances and any possible reasons for the delay but this is ridiculous now. The extended delay indicates that they had no intention of refunding my money and I encourage anyone not to bother with this place unless you want to waste your time, money and energy. Scam."
