"You could be fooled into thinking the food service is great as it looks busy from the outside. It was very expensive for what it was. Difficult to get a pizza wrong but the crusts were really difficult to cut through even with a sharp knife. Penne pasta dish was tiny and left our soon very hungry. Deserts tasted like they were bought in a supermarket. To make things worse my father left his 80th birthday card unopened on a chair. He realised and went back with 3 MINUTES. I had been opened by the staff there was no money in it ! and then ripped up and thrown in the bin. He was really upset and no apology. Much better Italians in town at the other end."

"This restaurant is better than average but not the top choice in the area. The food is good, but not extraordinary or exceptional. The pizza base was overly salty and the toppings were haphazardly placed - some parts were bare while others had too much. The pasta was decent. It was nice to see the owner/manager spending time on the floor chatting with diners, but it could be toned down a bit."
