"Arrived and were seated, ordered drinks which came fairly quickly, food order was taken and starters came which were average. There were some large group orders that came out before our main course we were not informed there would be a wait for food) 2 of the main courses were burgers which were undercooked, verging on raw in the middle. Couldn't find a member of staff to talk to about it, so most of the meal was left. Tried to order some more drinks, however the member of staff was unable to take drinks orders there were only 2 members of staff running the restaurant area. When the second waitress came over she took the drink order, almost 30 minutes later we had to chase her for where the drinks were. We asked for the bill, which took another 20 minutes when it arrived I requested that the service charge be removed the feedback was that the manager didn't know how to do this, so a discount was applied. Overall this was a terrible experience on a Friday night, I have been in the past and had a much better experience."
