"I went to this restaurant because of all the buzz. I give it four stars because their gelato is truly a masterpiece and it was delicious. However, I deducted one star for their unfriendly attitude. Quite disappointing!"

"what a wonderful place! mine man and I came to the breakfast while on the slumber week, and it was possibly the most beautiful breakfast I ever had! we both had the vegetarian breakfast, and I had a caramel latte while he had a smoothie. the prices seemed high at first, I think we paid about £23 for our eating and drinks, but it was worth every single penny. the ingredients were fresh and skurril, my latte was made with good quality buzzing and the smoothness of my man was to die. the atmosphere was also very cozy and welcoming on a cold novemberday the other customers were very friendly and the staff was great. If I could give six stars, I would!"

"It was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience! The waiter informed us that the manager had been fired the day before, leaving him to handle all the duties on his own. The cafe was in disarray with dirty tables left uncleared. The waiter was overwhelmed with the workload, despite his friend coming to assist. The service was extremely slow. Fortunately, the food was decent and the waiter was very apologetic. However, we will not be coming back."

"Food choices as expected. Interior like a low key American diner. Food costs as expected. Beer prices off the scale. A larger at the equivalent of £11 a pint. Please wake up and smell the coffee that is ridiculously expensive. We won 't be returning."

"Cons: The portion size was a bit on the smaller side and we wished there were more options for toppings. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this gelato shop and would recommend it to others looking for a delicious treat in SoHo."

"Amazing waffles (very fluffy and quite large) that they’re just sweet enough and not sickly like they sometimes can be. Great service, nice coffee and dog friendly too. Lots of ice cream flavours to choose from (they also have vegan versions), served in freshly made waffle cones. Brilliant."

"A great restaurant serving burgers, ribs etc. We visited with two adults and three kids ranging from 4 to 12 years old. All kids enjoyed the food. The kids menu portion size was perhaps a little too large for our youngest, but was perfect for the older two. The adults had burgers, chips, a side of ribs, all very good. A good selection of drinks. Location was ideal, in the town centre and a short walk from the car park across the river. Staff were friendly and helpful, they even sang happy birthday to our youngest and gave him a brownie with a candle. Value was good, we got a discounts for having visited Legoland that day. We visited on a Sunday evening in the school summer holidays. We'd booked, but it was pretty quiet anyway so could have walked in. I would recommend this restaurant."

"We were looking for a quick meal near the Millennium Centre before the opera, and Italian cuisine seemed like a good choice. The restaurant is spacious and bright, and during the early evening, it's a popular spot for young families. Since we were aware of our time constraint, we opted for pasta, and our waitress kindly reminded us that we needed to eat quickly. Our meals—Pasta della Casa and Crab Cannelloni—arrived promptly and were both delightful. The house pasta, which featured baked cassareccia, roasted chicken, pancetta, baby spinach, and a creamy sauce topped with Reggiano cheese, was rich and satisfying. The cannelloni turned out to be a lighter yet equally delicious option. While Zizzi isn’t a fine dining establishment, it’s perfect for a quick bite or a casual meal. Plus, it offers stunning views of Cardiff Bay, and its proximity to the Millennium Centre makes it an ideal spot for a pre-show dinner."

"We initially had a reservation for afternoon tea but decided to switch to the regular menu instead. The staff appeared to have no issue with this change. However, during this visit, we encountered a significant problem; we were told it would be classified as a no-show and that we would be charged for it. Earlier in the week, I had also called to reserve a table for afternoon tea at 1:30 PM, but I was told to arrive at 12 PM because the 1:30 slot was unavailable. We ended up staying until 2:40 PM, so it was clear there was no need for us to change our reservation. Additionally, our table was not properly cleaned, and we ended up ordering food via the app after our afternoon tea because we did not receive any service during our visit."

"Dessert is always a highlight for me, no matter where I dine. The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The presentation of the food is among the best I've ever encountered; it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into making everything look and taste exceptional."

"I wish I could write a 0 star review the most ignorant customer service I have ever dealt with. Uber driver stole my pizza ok but the man I rang in the restaurant was beyond unhelpful he was so rude and so aggressive he didn’t care I never received my order because he was closing. I will never order from this restaurant again absolute ignorant customer service and I work in customer service myself so I know good customer service. Sort your staff out it’s a disgrace!!"

"Salaam Namaste is located down one of the many back streets of London, not far from Russell Square Station and has recently undergone a revamp of both its menu, and interior. The restaurant has won lots of accolades in its time and most recently become the winner of ‘Best South Asian Restaurant’ at the Asian Curry Awards and both The Guardian and Evening Standard have praised it in its time. I made my way down to find out exactly what head chef Sabbir Karim has up his sleeve to make this restaurant so well talked about. Chile has long been investing lots of money into the marketing of one its favourite grape varieties Carmenere, something they say works very well with the loosely termed ‘curry’ and surprisingly i think it does, on the whole though not with everything (unless you're drunk). Salaam Namaste serve a bottle from well know producer Concha y Toro, a must to go with your meal. Some poppadoms and chutneys arrived before the meal, something us British can't live without before"

"So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream. She enjoyed it but wasn't a fan of bits that were in it. The other three enjoyed their desserts. I thought I'd get a sundae; call it a proper cheat day (I have a lot of them). I got the chocolate sundae, and for once in my life, it was perfect. Not too sweet I felt sick, but just right so I could enjoy it and finish it off. Great value for money, and the customer service was flawless. I told my daughters to go make their orders, but the older were being shy, so when I was sitting on the table asking one of them what they wanted, I repeated it loud enough the owner got the gist of what I was doing, and was in the ball. Really nice desserts, couldn't recommend it enough. Will be back maybe even tomorrow for a waffle. Just gotta watch those calories. Lol."

"I really enjoyed visiting Spoon Street frozen yogurt bar on the Upper Newtownards Road, so was delighted when a branch opened in Belfast city centre's Ann Street. I visited last week and thoroughly enjoyed it, trying the dairy free lemon (quite tarte) and watermelon (sweet tasting) options which the staff told me were dairy free because they are fruit based sorbets. These sorbets have a richer, creamier consistency than traditional sorbet, being more like whipped ice cream. All the usual toppings are available ranging from healthy fruits to sweets and chocolates. I did notice there seemed to be fewer flavour options in the city centre location than at Newtownards Road. Perhaps more seating space and less dispensing machines. I will definitely return, but as it's now October, it may be the summer months before I visit this or any other frozen yogurt bar again. The novelty of frozen yogurt is beginning to wear off a bit for me. Also who wants to eat such cold food during icy winter months?! Fabulous when summer sun is shining, but possibly not an all year round activity. Maybe they should diversify into mulled wine over winter time..."
