"Dining at this restaurant is a wonderful experience; however, the slow and disorganized service is quite disappointing. We had made a reservation for 4:45 PM, but the top floor was closed, and the football game was playing on about six screens, which made it difficult to escape the noise. We ended up waiting until 6:10 PM to receive our food. Unfortunately, this was the second time we've encountered slow service, and it may very well be our last visit. It's a shame because the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious with plenty of options to choose from."
