"We had previously made a reservation at this restaurant over the phone, but upon arrival, they claimed they had no record of it. Despite it being Mother's Day and difficult to find an alternative at short notice, we managed to secure a table since they weren't busy. I then booked through Open Table to prevent a repeat of this situation, but once again, they had no record of our booking upon arrival. They did eventually seat us since they were not busy. We requested a dairy-free dessert option for our child, but were initially told they didn't have one. After asking for a discount on the kids meal, they revealed they did have mango sorbet available. The cheese on the pizzas we ordered for the adults was disappointing, leading to an overall unsatisfactory meal. The restaurant appeared disorganized and the food quality did not make up for it. I would not recommend dining here."
