"The restaurant has a clean atmosphere, with quick service and friendly staff. There is a vast selection to choose from on the menu. "Went a couple of times when it was pavone sud wasn't really impressed. Hadn't visited since it changed its name. Started popping in over the last few months for our tea, and have loved it! Service is great, and food...... wow!! Like to try something different and ALL dishes have been delicious, culminating in the sea bass ravioli tonight. Husband has the rigatoni salsiccia every time because it's great Cant wait till next time x"

"Very good staff and the area is pretty posh the food is cooked to perfection keep up the good work you do. very hygienic and food order was quickly done I recommend this place local to the hotel u was staying at wetherspoons and a durty burger is different although very nice indeed you can't beat a few beers and good local shop. "Came with big family party for my birthday. Extremely disappointed, starters were ok but all came at different times, had to ask a waitress where one was as everyone else had finished theirs and she just looked absolutely clueless as to why we were talking to her. New waiter didn’t even know what dishes he was bringing out and looked at us to answer for him, fair enough he’s new but come on, train your staff the basics. Didn’t get free bottle of wine even though we ordered tapas. One blonde girl walking around just playing with her hair and we didn’t understand the point in her being there, she didn’t do a thing all night, she just looked like she’d got lost. We didn’t get asked if we wanted a drink the whole night, had to keep asking where our mains were, an hour and 45 minutes later they arrived and my ‘jerk’ chicken burger was so bad, the bread sopping wet and falling to bits and the chicken was just plain chicken breast with none of the **** cut off it and slightly seasoned. the ‘manager’ said this was cause the chef had put ‘loads of sauce on it’ but there was no sauce at all, bone dry chicken, didn’t put any spicy sauce in like I asked and when I requested it they brought me a squeezey bottle to do it myself. Cajun chips came plain and when we told them they just sprinkled some Cajun seasoning just on the top, meat was all fatty and sparse on the bbq combo dish, boneless chicken wings were just chicken tenders!!?? The ribs had no meat on at all literally just bone, curry was cold and plain with no flavour to it at all. Everything bang average, staff unbelievably immature, very badly trained with no customer service skills or communication skills. The managers response when we told him all this was ‘I can only apologise’ so we had to request for money to be knocked off our bill, which they did- fair enough but we had to really push for this. Feels like they hire very young staff and don’t bother training them. Honestly a very, very poor experience and would never go back or recommend to anyone. Don’t ignore the bad reviews they’re all very accurate. The only member of staff I appreciated tonight was the girl with the dark hair who first took our order, she was the only one with any customer service skill or any sense."

"what a wonderful place! mine man and I came to the breakfast while on the slumber week, and it was possibly the most beautiful breakfast I ever had! we both had the vegetarian breakfast, and I had a caramel latte while he had a smoothie. the prices seemed high at first, I think we paid about £23 for our eating and drinks, but it was worth every single penny. the ingredients were fresh and skurril, my latte was made with good quality buzzing and the smoothness of my man was to die. the atmosphere was also very cozy and welcoming on a cold novemberday the other customers were very friendly and the staff was great. If I could give six stars, I would!"

"Popped into the Potting Shed for some lunch with my Girlfriend. We ordered the Four Cheese Pizza and the Yorkshire Burger with Blue Cheese. Both arrived in quick time and were cooked to perfection and well seasoned, we also took advantage of the £5 off deal so excellent value for money!! The staff were brilliant too, they were pleasant and attentive and checked a couple of times that everything was ok…. Would really recommend this pub, seems to run like clockwork !!"

"Pretty poor service. Took an hour for our food for 2 people. Tables that came in after we had ordered, getting their food first. After 40 minutes I asked a waitress what's going on she said she would check. 10 minutes later still hadn't come to let us know anything so then had to go speak to a lad who said it will be coming next, I mentioned that others were getting their food who had came in and ordered after us he just said ours is next. A few more dishes came out for other tables then finally ours after an hour. They obviously had forgotten about our order. Then the same waitress choosing to squeeze past our table and the wall to get to another table while we are eating, when plenty of space to go around. Goes away then does it again. Just a bad experience here today. Won't be rushing back in a hurry after today."

"I visited Pizza Plus Horsham for the first time last week, having received a leaflet through the door. Our order was made online and upon arrival at the premises, a gentleman in front of me was being served at the counter, so I waited my turn. Another man then arrived, who appeared to be a regular and he was duly served and departed. All very frendly chat between him and the server. Still I stood there, waiting to be acknowledged whilst the server began replacing the till receipt. As he had some difficulty doing so, another server spent time helping him. At no time during the 10-15 minutes I waited did anyone speak to me or acknowledge my presence. It was only when the server was actually dishing our pizzas up that he asked to check my order receipt. There must have been 5 chefs/packers/servers behind the counter, yet not one of them acknowledged my presence. Was it because I was a woman? I would like to think not, but maybe it 's a cultural thing. Whatever it was, they seriously need lessons in customer service. I, myself, have worked extensively on the frontline with the public and it 's not always easy, but just a hallo, sorry to keep you waiting or a please bear with us, I 'll be with you in a moment was all that was needed, rather than stoney stares and silence. The food was good, if a little bland, but I 'm afraid that we won 't be going back there again."

"Didn’t want to serve, fancied an early night. Walked in ten mins before closing, and asked for kebab meat and chips. To be told I can have a chicken burger and chips… despite the fact the kebab was sat behind him waiting to be cut. Clearly didn’t want to serve someone… then heard him laughing about it as I walked out. I feel for the people who live here, as this service is shocking."

"My husband and I booked a table here before the theatre. I’d read the reviews and was hopeful for a good meal as we come to the theatre often and are yet to find a nice restaurant. When we arrived, there’d obviously been a mix up with our table so they finally managed to find us a table. The first thing that wasn’t great is that chips are not included in burgers, which given the burgers are around £11-£15 makes the meal very expensive. Our food took 45 mins to arrive, which was disappointing as we had hoped for a relatively quick meal as it was pre-theatre When our food did arrive, the chips were cold but overcooked and greasy, and the burgers were extremely small, especially given the price! It cost us £58 for 2 burgers, 2 portions of chips and 3 drinks which is extortionate given how mediocre it was All in all a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning"
