"The restaurant should definitely implement separate queues for those with reservations and those without. When we arrived with a booking, it seemed like the staff were unsure of how to handle us. They were busy, which I understand, but we ended up sitting for 20 minutes without a menu. When we finally did get one, it was the wrong one. I tried to order a pizza, only to be informed that they don’t serve pizza in the evening. On the bright side, the burger we ordered as a side was good, and it was great to enjoy a meal out."
