"We have been loyal customers at this restaurant for the past few years, but unfortunately, we will not be returning. On Saturday, September 26th, I placed an order for 4 pizzas, 1 portion of chips, and some dips. The website indicated that delivery would take 1 hour, but 1.5 hours later, our order had still not arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told it would be an additional half an hour and offered free drinks as compensation, which I accepted. However, the order did not arrive within the promised time frame. When I called again, I was told they were just making it now, indicating that they had lied during the previous phone call. In total, our order took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive, and the food was cold with missing items. When I called to complain, the owner did not apologize and only offered a £5 refund for the missing chips and dips. Despite requesting the missing items and a complete order, they were only delivered after the rest of the food had been eaten. I was not offered a full refund, and instead received 2 bottles of Pepsi as compensation. This experience was not satisfactory and we will not be returning as loyal customers. It is unacceptable to take on orders that cannot be fulfilled, especially on busy Saturdays."
