"Had a reservation for 9pm on a Saturday night. Arrived and was seated. It was clear they were winding down for the night. Waitress informed us there was no more pizza dough... a surprising development, but not inconceivable. Asked for a recommendation of places that we might eat, she did not know any. Asked if she might ask her colleagues and she disappeared into the back. Manager came back and advised that they would honor our reservation, and, in fact there was pizza dough! So -5 for wanting to go home more than wanting to honor a reservation, and then being prepared to lie about it. Never saw the waitress again, manager was delightful, pizza was OK."
