"I do not buy chips here for myself because they simply do not taste like potato, there is infact no flavour to them and they are often too hard. The only thing I buy for myself are pies or fish which have been off in the past but exchanged without question so no qualms usually on the service. However, tonight, after being reprimanded for requesting separate wrapping at the wrong time on a Friday night just doesnt cut it. I felt it was rude and embarrassing to be spoken to like that and wished I had spoken up at the time, so from regret I am now writing this review. I had put up with bad food from here for too long just because the service is usually friendly, and now without that, I will now never go back there again.
